The agency has been appointed by Heritage Great Britain PLC which is responsible for looking after and protecting the historic landmarks of John O’Groats and Land’s End.

The new chairman of Barrow AFC, Paul Casson, is in the town this weekend to cheer on the Bluebirds, who are currently top of the Conference North division.
It follows the announcement this week that Mr Casson’s takeover of the club has finally been given FA approval.

An archaeological dig at Land’s End has brought two Merseyside heritage specialists together to launch a new tourist attraction at the historic landmark.
Heritage Great Britain PLC, whose head office is in Liverpool, owns the site and is working with Wirral based Big Heritage.

The Lord Mayor of Liverpool, launched a new youth music project for young people across the city after a charity in Anfield was awarded £90,000.

A Merseyside restaurant is the first in the UK to be recognised by the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation after opening a smoke free outdoor dining area.
The charity has given its first Fresh Air award to Barbacoa in Crosby, which is thought to be the first restaurant in the UK to extend the smoking ban to its outside space.
