Health, fitness and strength exhibition makes UK debut

A new health, fitness and strength exhibition featuring some of the industry’s biggest names is making its UK debut in Liverpool next month.

FIT XPO features everything from bodybuilding competitions and yoga to live cooking demonstrations and even an appearance from the current Mr Universe.

The huge event which is taking over the city’s Exhibition Centre for the weekend of the 7th and 8th of August is not only aimed at hardcore bodybuilders and fitness fanatics but also families looking for a healthier lifestyle.

Darren Nally, founder, FIT XPO said:

“I wanted to fill a gap in the market and devise a family-friendly event which could be enjoyed by the widest range of people interested in fitness, nutrition, training and wellness.

“We’re thrilled to be bringing some of the best athletes on the planet to Liverpool and some of the latest trends including ice therapy and the Wim Hof method of breathing. People can also have a go at a British Army assault course and take part in CrossFit Games with MMA grappling and drop in fitness classes also available for kids to enjoy.

“With more than a hundred brands at the show, there are some fantastic goodie bags and special giveaways.

“We’re hoping to make this an annual event and wanted to give exhibitors and members of the public the best experience possible at an affordable price hoping they’ll return year after year.”

Standard day and weekend tickets cost £23.50 and £39 with free entry for under 14’s with an adult ticket. VIP tickets also available from £49.
